Chad John Flake was born December 28, 1929 in Snowflake, AZ. He served a mission in the British Isle from 1949 to 1951. He attended Northern Arizona University and Brigham Young University. He was hired at Brigham University as General Reference Librarian and finished his career at Brigham Young University as Curator of Special Collections. Mr. Flake passed away on June 18, 2003.
